The following recalls have been announced: About 14,300 Phil & Teds e3 Strollers with doubles seats, manufactured by Regal Lager Inc., because children can touch the rear wheels when seated in the stroller's add-on seat, which poses an abrasion hazard to children. The company received one report of a child scraping his arm after touching the wheel.
